Heidi is a highly experienced dental professional with over 15 years in the field. Originally qualified as a dentist in Egypt, she is now registered in the UK as a Dental Hygienist and Dental Therapist. Heidi is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care, focusing on the prevention and treatment of gum disease. She specializes in comprehensive dental cleanings, oral assessments, and creating personalized hygiene plans tailored to individual patient needs. Additionally, Heidi offers Airflow treatment, a targeted solution for stain removal.
Airflow is an efficient teeth-cleaning treatment, proven to remove plaque and stains three times faster than traditional methods. It uses a fine jet of compressed air, water, and powder particles to eliminate stains caused by coffee, tea, red wine, tobacco, and some mouthwashes. Additionally, it helps prevent gum disease and is safe for use on crowns, veneers, bridges, and implants.
She is an active member of the BSDHT, BDA, and the British Society of Periodontology. In her free time, Heidi enjoys playing with her cat Gucci, listening to music, and cooking.
I have been coming to Benhill Dental Practice for a number of years' now and purely because of the treatment and service provided by Dr Alexandra Fivey and support staff.
My 9 year old daughter recently had to have two fillings and an extraction, Dr Alexandra handled her so well and we were so pleased with the outcome! I couldn't recommend her enough as a dentist! Thank you! 
Alex and Rachel always provide a professional and thorough service for myself, my husband and daughter. We have been going to see them for the last few years and have always had a positive and personal experience. They are very patient and gentle with my 10 year old daughter, who before going, was not keen on seeing the dentist or hygienist! I would highly recommend!

I would like to thank Dr Alexandra for making our first visit in the practice an amazing experience. My son who is 6 years old needed his tooth taken out after being inflamed for some time.
