Your dentist will first carry out a full dental examination to assess the overall health of your mouth. Provided everything looks good your dentist will then explain your teeth whitening options.
With Boutique, you can whiten your teeth during the day, or overnight as you sleep, depending on what suits your lifestyle.

Your dentist will take some photographs to check the existing shade of your teeth. Then an impression or digital scan will be taken and sent to the Boutique Whitening laboratory, where your bespoke, custom-fit whitening trays will be made.
Your trays will be fitted at the practice. Your dentist will show you how to use the whitening syringes and explain how long to wear the trays for. In most cases, you will see an improvement in just a few days and optimum results in around 3 weeks.

Boutique Whitening comes in different formulas so that you can whiten your teeth during the day, or overnight as you sleep.
The Day kit contains 6% hydrogen peroxide and is designed for 2 hours wear per day.
The Night kits come as either 10% or 16% carbamide peroxide, which is designed for 6 hours overnight wear.
While both kits will produce the same end result, your dentist will be able to explain the differences in the types of bleach and advise the correct formula for you. This will be based on various factors, including your lifestyle, preferences and dental history.

I have a very low pain threshold and have always been very anxious when going to previous dental practices at my previous address, but Alex has restored my faith in visiting the dentist and always been very accommodating to my anxiety and dental treatment also Jessica her dental assistant what a very pleasant and friendly person. I Would highly recommend Alex and her team.

Benhill Dental Practice
Dr Aziz is my dentist who is a true professional. Find him to be very knowledgeable, reassuring and felt instantly at ease from the start, bearing in mind that I have always had a phobia of dentists. As an extra benefit the receptionist( Mandy ) was extremely pleasant and helpful, rather unusual is this day and age.
Certainly give the practice a score of 125 out of 100 !!

Been going to BenHill Dental Practice since I moved to the area over 7 years ago. I've had only perfect service every single time. Whether it's calling in to change my appointment, confirmation, getting my teeth checked or cleaned, all the staff their have treated me like a king and even if I moved to outer space, I would still try to keep them as my place for all my dental needs.
I have been coming to Benhill Dental Practice for a number of years' now and purely because of the treatment and service provided by Dr Alexandra Fivey and support staff.
My 9 year old daughter recently had to have two fillings and an extraction, Dr Alexandra handled her so well and we were so pleased with the outcome! I couldn't recommend her enough as a dentist! Thank you!
Alex and Rachel always provide a professional and thorough service for myself, my husband and daughter. We have been going to see them for the last few years and have always had a positive and personal experience. They are very patient and gentle with my 10 year old daughter, who before going, was not keen on seeing the dentist or hygienist! I would highly recommend!
